The exercises should
be performed once each day, six days a week for the first nine weeks or until
the targeted muscles are toned and strengthened.
Following the initial conditioning period, exercising three days a week
will keep the muscles toned and tightened.
For best results, set aside two minutes each morning for each exercise. Exercises are best performed in front of a mirror to insure
correct positioning.
As we age, the muscles
in the forehead lose their tone and begin to sag into the muscles
above
the eye, causing the eyebrows to look droopy, creating a diminished distance
between the eyebrows and the eyelashes.
Use this Facial Magic
exercise to increase the distance between the eyebrow and eyelash for a perkier
look.
While standing in front
of your mirror, relax the brow area, then place your three middle fingers directly
under the eyebrows. Drop the palms
of your hands flat against your face.
With the fingertip pads directly under your eyebrows, push upward and
slightly outward.
Hold the eyebrows in this
position with your eyes open slightly.
Using your forehead muscles, push your brows down against the fingertips.
Hold for a count of 5 seconds.
Remove your fingers and take a deep breath.
Repeat the exercise three times for 10 seconds each. At the 7th second, gently close your eyes.
Your upper eye should immediately respond by lifting. This response is an indication of how well your face will respond to the entire exercise program. Perform this exercise daily until your Facial Magic System arrives at your door.
The Upper Eye exercise
is just one of the eighteen exercises included in the total Facial Magic program.
The other target areas are:
| Upper Cheeks | Crows Feet | Jowls | Pouches |
| Neck & Double Chin | Upper Lip | Lower Eye | Back of Cheeks |
